Archid Laminate

High pressure laminates (HPL) are a variety of decorative laminated that are produced by impregnating layers of kraft paper with melamine resin. These sheets are then infused with a decorative paper and an outer layer for protection.High pressure laminate sheets are moulded and cured at a pressure higher than 72kg/cm2.

Archidlam Postforming Laminate is made using special resin and pressing technology that retains the postforming property, ensuring the desired level of bending at 160 degree. This makes the laminate malleable and flexible thereby ensuring corners as seamless as possible.

Décor paper used in anti finger print laminate is coated with a transparent acrylic resin which is electron beam cured.(EBC) This gives the laminate a superior surface which makes it anti finger print, scratch resistant, smug and smear free. General laminates develop stains, scratches, smears during usage. The anti-finger print laminate is able to sustain all these marks and is dust and maintenance free.

Archidply MR Grade Blockboard is manufactured from the combination of select seasoned, dumble hardwood, timber battens, veneers and adhesives. These are bonded with Melamine Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature.
